Morning Qigong with meditation is a beautiful way to start the day. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings 7-730am. sessions are limited to 6 people and are free,
Each session includes 10-15minutes of Taoist Medical Qigong followed by 10-15 minutes of guided meditation. The Qigong is to loosen and free up any stagnant energy you may have, and the meditation is to calm and quite the mind. Together they prepare you for the day ahead.
These sessions are in-person only, and for everyone regardless of restrictions or experience. Meditation shouldnt be painfull physically or emotionally. meditations are trauma sensitive.
