Morning Meditation with Qigong. What a beautiful way to start the day. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. sessions are limied to 6 people, and include 15-20 minutes of qigong followed by 15-20 minutes of meditation.

These meditations focus on personal growth and healing, not simply new age hype, and include guided meditations. visualizations, and body scans,

Sessions are in-person only, and free.
