Morning Meditation with Qigong is a beautiful way to start your morning, and prepare you for the stress, and chaos of the day.
Sessions are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, and limited to 6 people. Sessions include 15-20 minutes of qigong followed by 15-20 minutes of meditation.
These meditations focus on personal growth and healing, not new age hype, and are trauma sensitive. Meditatiojs include standing, sitting, walking, lying, and eating meditations. They include guided meditations. visualizations, and body-scans.
Sessions are in-person only, and free.
