Details
Let's get the ball rolling! After our great kick-off meeting we will start with the first project (see below). Time 6.00-8.00 pm. Location: Bella Vista Cafe in La Jolla. Please bring your laptops!
6.00 - 6.30 pm: Network and mingle
6.30 pm: Start (we will start on time)
Agenda:
Focus Project* introduction (incl. data and code assessment)
Defining milestones (project deadline in 4-6 weeks)
Assign tasks (every team member will be a student and tutor)
Start coding
*Our Focus Project: Reproducing following AI study:
"Predicting age from the transcriptome of human dermal fibroblasts" .
