Beginner and Intermediate Hill Training Ride

Details
This ride is a great place to learn riding hills!
• Must wear helmets
• Have a road bike in good repair (i.e. not likely to break down).
• Prepared to ride about 1.5 hours.
• Bring 2 full water bottles and some sports nutrition (GU packs or Sports bars).
• Have stuff to repair a flat (CO2 cartridges, spare tubes, etc...) if you don't know how to use this, it will at least give a coach something to work with.
