This is an event to raise awareness of mental health through sharing of perspectives and personal experiences using specially curated question cards on topics related to mental health and on a deeper level - the Mind.

Examples:

  • How would you define good mental well-being?
  • How can journaling or creative expression improve mental health?
  • Do people have habitual thought patterns? If so, are they helpful and why?

Anyone is welcomed. You can choose to just listen or to share. At the end of the day, we hope everyone will leave with new insights and perspectives.

Please do not gatecrash as that will affect the flow of the game.

What You'll Experience

There are 3 levels of questions - Level 1, 2 and 3, from easist to the most difficult. The facilitator will design a way of playing the cards.

If time permits and with enough interest, we could proceed to write your own questions format.

You are free to leave anytime.

While there is no charge to attend, we kindly encourage you to support the venue by purchasing a drink and/or any items from their menu.
