Somos um espaço criativo e sem fins lucrativos onde se partilha arte e conhecimento. A nossa missão é colocar em contacto as comunidades locais e estrangeiras na nossa Lisboa cada vez mais diversa.

Vamos abrir portas antes do Verão com cursos acessíveis de escrita, narrativa oral (storytelling), desenho, entre outros. Iremos realizar mensalmente eventos pensados para criar a nossa comunidade. Junta-te a ao nosso clube de contos em português (contos em português disponíveis com tradução em inglês) ou à nossa noite de cinema e debate. Está à vontade para passares pelo nosso espaço para beber um chá e folhear os livros da nossa biblioteca de obras em língua portuguesa e traduzidas.
Queremos ser espaço onde pessoas curiosas das mais diversas origens se possam encontrar, partilhar ideias e desfrutar da companhia de todos.

We will be open just before summer with affordable classes on writing, storytelling, and drawing, to name a few. We will also offer free monthly events designed to create community. Please join us for our Portuguese short story club (story will be available in both Portuguese and in translation in English) or a night of cinema and discussion. But also feel free to stop by for a tea and enjoy the books from our library of Portuguese books in both Portuguese and in translation.
We hope to be a space where curious people of all backgrounds can meet, exchange ideas, and enjoy each other.

Film Club: Suddenly, Last Summer
Good Company Bookstore, Av. Visc. de Valmor 2, 1000-291, Lisboa, PTJoin the Curious Monkey Film Club for an evening of cinematic charm watching a timeless gem, in a place where you can feel and breathe the art of storytelling, at the Good Company Books.
Come. Have a glass of wine or a cappuccino and a snack. Watch. Discuss.
Subtitles and post-film discussion in English.

6:00pm - Arrive early to grab a drink, browse the bookstore and line up for entry.
6:30pm - Entrance opens and film starts. Limited seats.

This is a donation-based event to support the continuation of the Curious Monkey Film Club. Registration is free, but mandatory.The space has limited capacity.When the space is full we will not allow more to enter. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Chairs are first come, first serve but we also have plenty of standing and floor seating space available.
If for some reason you wont be able to attend, please edit in advance your registration.
