Lockdown Easing, Covid Vaccination Progress, a Brexit Retrospective, and the EU

Details
On the eve of the easing of lockdown restrictions, setting time to reflect on and discuss the impact of Covid as we look forward toward a (likely, possibly?) better path ahead.
We'll discuss thoughts on the easing of restrictions themselves, as well as the vaccine rollout across the UK. We'll also talk about Brexit and its impact on the UK's ability to respond to the pandemic, especially in light of the EU's comparatively poor vaccination record - was Brexit a good idea, in retrospect? Is the new wave of lockdowns in the EU highlighting systemic issues, or are their weaknesses in managing Covid just a one-off?
There are reasons for the late scheduling, which I'll close with in the Meetup. This may very well be your last Zoom meetup, so celebratory (at-home) drinks are welcome.
