This community will explore the role of Customer Success as part of an organization’s strategy. Our main goal is to bring Customer Success and Professional Services Professionals together as a resource for each other. We will focus primarily on building a community, knowledge sharing, and networking. CuSP aims to achieve this by hosting a regular meetup where members of the CS & PS community come together to share best practices for creating strategy, exploring similarities and differences of adjacent practices, and how CS & PS creates value for organizations.

- Swati Garg is the Founder and CEO of Melo Associates, a leading talent firm specializing in recruitment for Customer Success and Revenue roles. With years of experience in the Customer Success Recruitment space, she is widely recognized as a thought leader, speaker, and Co-founder of CuSP: A Chicago Customer Success Community. - Parul L. Bhandari is a Customer Success Consultant, Inc.com contributor, early-stage advisor, speaker, and professional community founder. Parul’s career spans over two decades of work in Consulting, HR, and Revenue Growth, the latter being where she grew her Customer Success (CS) leadership experience. Parul works on customer and team strategy aimed at driving customer value, retention, and business growth.
