This session is designed for both leaders and individual contributors who work in Customer Success and passionate about growing their career. Christine will cover an array of best practices including how to initiate career conversations, how to document your success, and how to position yourself well for promotion. She'll also cover how leaders can create scalable systems and processes for a CS organization to adopt.

Christine is the Director of Customer Success at Sprout Social. There, she supports the leaders and staff within the Mid Market. Christine also is an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago where she teaches Conscious Leadership and Team Management. She has a PhD in Industrial Psychology her research interests focus on emotional intelligence and virtual leadership.
