It's November and everyone is doing annual planning. We know customer success teams spend plenty of their time preparing internal plans BUT how much time do we spend helping customers create their annual plans?

After all, our software and services are a necessary component of how our customers do their jobs, and one of their jobs is to create their own annual plans. Isn't this a great way to add value in a more "Outside In" approach?

In this meetup, we will explore whether (and how) customer success teams should help customers build their annual plans and what role our CSMs can play and our customers want us to play in helping them create plans.
