Welcome to 2022! Q4 was a lot about finishing the year: push for last min results and contracts, complete performance reviews, set up goals for 2022, finalize budgets, etc. Execution was first, planning was second and building capabilities was only third.
Now that Q1 started, it is time to reset our priorities: execution is first, building capabilities is second. and within building capabilities: Hiring, that understandably took a back seat in late Q4 is the top priority in early Q1!
