### Charlottesville REA Mission Statement

The mission of the C-Ville Real Estate Investor Group is twofold:
First, to cultivate a collaborative Meetup environment where both new and seasoned real estate investors can share their stories, discuss current projects, and mastermind actionable strategies to grow their businesses.
Second, to bring in talent, experience, and wisdom from those who have successfully walked the path before. We aim to provide high-impact education that empowers all investors—regardless of experience level—to make informed, strategic decisions that accelerate their investing careers.

The C-Ville REA believes that an individual can add significant value to their lives by learning to purchase their home through the eyes of an investor. Most likely you will buy 1-3 houses in your lifetime. It's a big ticket item for most people. Consider learning how to buy right so that you have equity and proper financing.

What the C-Ville REA is NOT: We are not get rich quick promoters. Real Estate is not an easy endeavor. There is no free lunch.
