Charlottesville Area Real Estate Investors meets the 2nd Tuesday of EVERY month somewhere in Downtown Charlottesville. We have some sort of speaker or engagement each month aimed at education for the group as well as networking with like minded folks in the Ch'ville Area. We are Ch'ville's version of a REIA Group (Real Estate Investors Association) though we conduct our group currently through Meet-up in lieu of the National REIA association.

Our meetings normally consist of the following format:

5:00 to 5:30 - Meet and greet/Networking

5:40 to 6:45 - Speaker/Education

6:45 to 7:15 - Questions and Follow up

Most folks grab a drink or food during the meeting and many folks stroll in at any point in the meeting. Please do not hesitate to show up at anytime and make yourself at home in the meeting.

The first meeting is free but after that we do charge a whopping 5$, so make an investment in your future and come join us so you to can learn to be a Real Estate Entrepreneur.
