Winter Solstice Potluck Party!

Axial Tilt is the Reason for the Season!

Another cycle around the local star is passing, winter is coming (in more ways than one), and the goose is getting fat. Time to celebrate! Come for the whole time, or pop in for an hour between things, be welcome! Bring a chair!

In the food department, Mrrzy will provide a roast goose and, quite possibly, a Yule log. Everybody else, bring something festive! Use the comments for menu planning, timing if only popping in, and alerting to dietary restrictions.... We are an anti anaphylaxis assembly.

Furthermore, because of the tenor of today's climate, also bring music (haha), especially any portable musical instruments. It won't be Kumbaya, but songs of unity, togetherness, sex, partying, love, and feasting, to name a few subjects, are especially welcome. Plus those great freethinking parodies, like Come All Ye Merry Atheists...

Also, Mrrzy has invited freethinkers who aren't in this meetup group...
