We are the place to be in the valley to meet and mingle with Real Estate Investors. This is the Real Estate Investors club also known as the Palm Springs Investors Club, Cathedral City Indio Investors Club, La Quinta Investors Club, Rancho Mirage Investors Club, and the Indian Wells Investors Club.
There is NO SELLING allowed at this club.

I'm seeing some relief in AFFORDABILITY here in the CV. Some neighborhoods are dropping faster than others. Where are sweet spots? Well it depends... are you looking to flip, rent, owner occupied?
I've already found good leads this year. Some sellers have had enough and are ready to take our offers. Do you know where to find them?Also BIG DEAL... in some areas the prices are dropping enough for the property to actually cash flow. I'm talking about good basic houses that the rents will be enough to pay all expenses and leave a few bucks for you. This is not the usual situation in Southern California. Last time SoCal houses cash flowed was 2009~2014.
At this lunch lets look at the Coachella Valley and dig deep into the WHAT and the WHERE for flips and cashflow rentals.

This is a "no host" meeting which means that you pay for your own food and drink. There's no fee to CVREIA. Also the Organizers, Larry & Janet will not be at every lunch, so you get to visit, learn, and network even if Larry & Janet are not there.
