Pitfalls in Flipping Houses & Landlord Tenant Law ~ R.E. Lawyer Matthew Hunter
• What we'll do Lawyer, Matthew Hunter has been working in Coachella Valley Real Estate law for 15 years. He believes that preventive law is both more efficient and effective, as well as more responsible. Short-term objectives and problems are folded into long-term planning. This is simply applying the old saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure to the practice of law. Matthew simply expands the horizon of possibilities to include special planning for the clients’ unique circumstances. How refreshing is that?! Please join us to hear Matthews discussion on the “Pitfalls in Flipping Houses” and “Landlord Tenant Law: Duties and Responsibilities of the Landlord.” The Pitfalls in Flipping House will focus on the do’s and don’ts and tips for the unwary, and include such things permits, disclosure obligations, and general liability issues. Landlord Tenant Law will be an introduction to the duties and obligations that a Landlord owes to a tenant under California law and include such things as the warranty of habitability, constructive eviction, retaliatory eviction, and problems with the problem tenant. Be prepared to ask your questions and hear great information. RSVP now! $15 cash at the door or $16 credit card. No checks accepted. What we're about

Public Group

Palm Springs Area Investors Club.
We Exist Because:

Your business won't grow in the darkness of a TV's glow, for true success you must stay in the social sunshine of trusted fellow Investors.

Have you been achieving your goals? Really? One powerful goal is to spend more time with like-minded professionals, that's right you need social time. Relationships are the heart of a successful business. The members of this group are ready to visit with you.. although some are little more pleasant to spend time with than others.

The collective energy of a room full of Investors has the power to change lives... especially if Hotel Security shows up because the collective energy is too loud. The good times will flow when we get together with our Investor Brothers and Sisters, so...

Whether you are just starting out in real estate or a seasoned real estate investor, the Coachella Valley Real Estate Investors Association is the place to network, share ideas, and teach each other the keys to being a successful real estate investor in the low desert.

We are the place to be in the valley to meet and mingle with Real Estate Investors. This is the Real Estate Investors club also known as the Palm Springs Investors Club, Cathedral City Indio Investors Club, La Quinta Investors Club, Rancho Mirage Investors Club, and the Indian Wells Investors Club.

There is NO SELLING allowed at this club.

Parting Thought: All are welcome unless you are going to try to convince us that South American fruit juice cures every ailment and will make us billionaires.
