WTF!!! 2025 is coming to an end already? We've had four flips this year and acquired one new rental, oh yeah, we're partially retired. The deals were available when you know what to buy and where to target.
At this lunch we'll look forward to 2026 here in the Coachella Valley and dig deep into the WHAT and WHERE the flips and cashflow rentals will be.

This is a "no host" meeting which means that you pay for your own food and drink. There's no fee to CVREIA. Also the Organizers, Larry & Janet will not be at every lunch, so you get to visit, learn, and network even if Larry & Janet are not there.
