I keep hearing good things about Vientian Cafe (http://www.vientianecafe.com/) but have never been. The restaurant serves Lao, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, and some people say it’s the best in Oakland. How do Lao Sausages and Angel Wings sound? What about Beef Larb and Papaya Salad?
