Life’s too short to build something nobody wants. Often, entrepreneurs have an idea of a successful product and proceed to build their own vision of how it should function, look, and feel. But products are defined by a customer’s experience and perception, not by business theory.

A panel of industry experts will give their insights on:

Establishing a consumer need before developing prototypes

Understanding exactly who your customers are and what they want

Creating products that solve a customer's uncovered problem

How to create prototypes that capture customer feedback

Asking the right questions at the right time from the right people Schedule
6:00 - 7.00 pm : Food, drinks and networking
7.00 - 7.30 pm : Fireside Chat
7.30 - 7.45 pm : Q & A
7.45 - 8.15 pm : Networking and close
