Gold Canyon/Hawes Trail Network - Rescheduled!

The plan is to ride the Gold Canyon trail system on Saturday and then ride Hawes on Sunday.

I have reserved two RV/tent camp sites at nearby Lost Dutchman State Park for 3/7-3/8. If you wish to camp, please indicate so in your RSVP so we can anticipate how many people and vehicles we'll have. The campground is full, but there is an overflow lot for tent camping. Cost is $30 per site (one vehicle), plus $15 for additional vehicles.

If you would rather not camp and/or ride Hawes on Sunday feel free to head back Saturday afternoon or make your own lodging arrangements.

We will meet at Trader Joe's at 0700 to carpool to the trailhead.

We'll plan to meet the Scottsdale Mountain Bikers https://www.meetup.com/mtbike/ at the Gold Canyon Cloud View trail head ready to ride at 10:00 AM.

For Sunday, March 8 we will do the Hawes Trails meeting at the Walgreens, 3624 N. Power Road, Mesa, AZ, ready to ride at 10:00am.
