On Sunday, August 17 th at noon (12 p.m.), I invite you to participate in a free, collective, virtual meditation on the flow of Reiki energy. The intention for the meditation is "My motivation at work and school is strong and powerful. I can overcome any obstacle. I am success. Life loves and supports me".
To participate in this meditation you don't need to drive to a meeting, you don't even need to be at the computer. All that you need is a quiet place in your home, 15 minutes of your time, and your intention.

What to do before the meditation?
Before the meditation starts, tell your family do not bother you for 15 minutes, find a quiet place, turn off your phone, pager and so on, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax. Go to your inner sacred space and ask your Higher Self to include you in the flow of Reiki holding by Tatiana.
What to do during the mediation?
During the meditation, please stay silent and relaxed for 15 minutes, notice your body sensations, your feelings, your thoughts. Imagine your desired outcome. Repeat your intention. You can say a prayer if you want, listen to a relaxing music, light up a candle and so on, anything that helps you to concentrate and relax.
What to do after the mediation?
