Close Encounters of the Urban Kind: POPOS

Scattered across the centre of San Francisco are almost seventy semi-secret spaces called POPOS (Privately Owned Public Open Spaces). They are often poorly indicated and as a result, under-frequented. How can we use technology to draw attention to these hidden urban oases?
