🛸 What is this group?
We are a Raleigh-Durham based community bringing members together through events, hobbies, and adventures across the Triangle.
Our events are a chance to discover new faces and shared interests. Our goal is to turn these meetings into smaller hangouts, new experiences, and real friendships.
Things to look out for:
- ☕ Social gatherings: Coffee, brunch, trivia nights, board games, and casual hangouts
- 🎨 Arts & creativity: Craft nights, painting, DIY workshops, and other creative pursuits
- 📚 Books & learning: Book clubs, lectures, talks, discussions, and opportunities to learn something new
- 🎬 Culture & entertainment: Movie nights, theater, live music, comedy shows, museums, and local performances
- 🏓 Sports & adventures: Pickleball, rock climbing, hiking, recreational sports, and outdoor activities
- 🤝 Community & volunteering: Local volunteer opportunities, community projects, and giving back together
- 🍜 Food & exploration: Trying new restaurants, exploring hidden gems, and discovering what's happening around the Triangle
- 👽 Member-inspired adventures: Smaller group activities organized around whatever our fellow humans are interested in!

Dabbel is a free community app started right here in the Triangle with the goal of finding hobby partners and promoting small group activities. If interested, look here.
Note: Our Meetup events are open to members whether or not they use the app. Downloading Dabbel is not required to join this group or attend our Meetup events.
