Every day after work I walk around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir (Monday - Friday). I find it to be a very calming and relaxing thing to do after work to clear my mind and decompress. 🚶♂️
If you’re looking for a simple, low-stakes way to get some steps in and have some thoughtful conversation at the same time, then this may be for you!
