John Kelly is a Client Partner and the Area Vice President for Financial Services at LivePerson and has been with the firm since 2018. He manages and grows LivePerson's largest clients in this area, connecting their business strategy to the ways in which it can be enabled via Conversational AI. Prior to his work at LivePerson, Mr. Kelly had a career in Predictive Analytics, leading that practice for Berkeley Research Group. Mr. Kelly has a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from UCLA. Mr Kelly hails from the New York area with his wife and three children.
