This past January marked 10 years of living in Dallas and I am marking the cornerstone by visiting 10 places that have A) been on my to do list for far too long and B) have also been here for 10 years.

The Dallas Mozzarella Company Cheesemaking class has been on my list for YEARS but they always sell out well in advance (and have an annoying booking system) so I just haven't committed to this one yet, until now.

If interested, book ASAP, there are 4 spots open (3 after mine) only because another party canceled this morning. These last tickets will go FAST.

Notes from my booking call:
Wear closed toed shoes
Class starts at 3, but they want you at 2:45 to get checked in.
