This group focuses on how mindfulness and meditation play a role in your everyday life's activities.

• Guided Meditation (20 minutes)
• Mindful Movement (optional)
• Reading or Study
• Discussion/Sharing

All are welcome. Some previous meditation experience is useful but not required. Facilitated by Cornell Kinderknecht and others.

By donation: suggested $10-$25.
