Dating apps have caused enough damage. You know, like our parents.

So we’re trying something different.

Welcome to Blind Faith Dallas, a social event group built around dating, comedy, connection, live entertainment, and the radical idea that you should occasionally interact with actual human beings instead of spending six hours scrolling, ghosting strangers, and calling it a social life.

Our signature event is a live dating comedy show where two complete strangers go on a blindfolded first date live on stage in front of an audience. The daters can’t see each other, but the audience sees everything, which is probably a terrible idea and also exactly why it works.

This group is for people who want a night out that is more interesting than another bar, another dating app conversation, or another “we should hang soon” text from someone who has no intention of leaving their apartment.

You should join if you are:

•In a relationship and need a date night that doesn’t involve deciding where to eat for 47 minutes

•Someone who enjoys comedy, dating chaos, and watching strangers make decisions you can judge safely from your seat

Blind Faith Dallas events may include live dating comedy shows, singles events, date night events, social mixers, comedy and relationship nights, audience participation shows, pop-up experiences, and the occasional moment where someone says something out loud that absolutely should have stayed in the group chat.

The goal is simple: good people, great laughs, real connection, and just enough chaos to make the night worth talking about afterward.

Our first Dallas show is happening Friday, July 10, 2026 at TK’s Comedy in Dallas. It’s two strangers, one blindfolded date, and a room full of witnesses.

Bring a date, bring your friends, or bring the person you’re “just talking to,” because nothing says romance like a situationship held together by mixed signals, delayed responses, and one person doing all the emotional labor.
