Running the Assessment: From Preparation to a Signed Report
An assessment is only useful if it can be run consistently, challenged honestly and translated into a conclusion that someone is prepared to stand behind.

In Session 3, we move from theory to execution.

We’ll walk through the six moves required to run the assessment, from preparation and evidence gathering through to analysis, challenge and the final signed report.

Along the way, we’ll look at the practical questions that make or break an assessment:

• What evidence should you ask for?
• How do you distinguish an unevidenced claim from a genuine gap?
• What happens when something is not applicable?
• Who gets to make the final judgement?
• What should actually appear in the report?

The objective is simple: by the end of this session, you should understand how to take the instrument and turn it into a structured, evidence-based assessment with clear accountability.
