12:30pm - 1:30pm - Yoga & Guided Meditation for Dancers w/ Shameka Poetry
2pm - 3:30pm - Body Movement Workshop w/ Alexandra
Open level: utilizes Kizomba, Zouk & Bachata technique
3:30pm - 5pm - Guided Practica
