Spring Fairy Ball

Come one, come all
To the Spring Fairy Ball!
In our circles where the veil grows thin
If you are open of heart
And pure of soul,
We invite you to play, come in!

It's time to spread your wings again and dress in your finery as we celebrate the Springtime Fae!

The Spring Fairy Ball is a counterpoint to October's Dark Fairy Ball. This one will be held outdoors under the open sky at Buckeye Farm in Lenoir City.

The picnic lawn will open at 5 pm. Bring a blanket to gather on the lawn together. This is a BYO picnic (not a potluck). We will have a special themed chilled tea to share.

During the picnic visit with local soothsayers offering palmistry, astrology, blindspot shadow readings, reiki & tarot. (fee applies)

Please arrive no later than 6 pm. The evening will officially begin with a Flower Mandala Ritual. You may bring items to place within the mandala to soak up the energy of the new moon, land and ceremony.

Dance around and within
Mystery and magic abound
As the green earth wakes
And flowers bloom
And the energy of life
Spirals up from the ground

The main event will be our flower fairy inspired dance wave and outdoor soundbath. Let your movements become magic as we get lost between the shimmery veils of Eileen’s music mix. (Hoops, ribbons, scarves etc. ok for dance - no fire)

And at the conclusion of the dance wave, all fairies, elves and magical folk are invited to unwind and relax on their blankets surrounded by the healing sound work offered by Chaz.

The evening will close with a fire ritual around a bonfire. The bonfire ceremony officially closes the event so we ask that you stay for the duration if possible and linger with the fire and community.

5 pm - Picnic Lawn Opens
~Readers will be offering 10 minute mini-sessions for $10 payable to each provider at the Yurt.
~Bring a blanket and picnic dinner.
~Sip on some chilled fairy tea & mingle.

6 pm - Opening Flower Mandala Ritual
~Bring an item to place in the mandala
~Flower Fairy Dance Wave
~Sit in the covered meditation tent with altar space.
~Spend sacred time with the community flower mandala.

7:30 pm - Outdoor Sound Healing
~Return to the picnic lawn for a gong bath with Chaz.

8:15 pm - Bonfire Closing Ritual
~Closing circle share.

Please bring water to stay hydrated during ecstatic dance. Please bring your own hat, sunscreen, picnic set up, sound bath comfort items.

Note: Some coverage from sun will be provided. Camp chairs are available. Some yoga blankets are available. A covered picnic area is available for those who don't wish to sit on the lawn.

About ecstatic dance: The dances are drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and conversation-free. The music follows a journey with a calm/flow beginning, into a more vigorous and intense middle, entering into a more still and silent end. The dance is open to everyone! No partner or dancing ability required - only breath and soul.
