Midweek Dance Wave: Women's Equality Day Mix

Ecstatic Dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.

Revolution: I Am Woman is a mix inspired by Women's Equality Day (Aug. 26) that celebrates and inspires the divine yin energy in all of us with soulful strength and feminine wisdom.

DOORS OPEN: 7 pm
OPENING CIRCLE: 7:20 pm
MUSIC BEGINS: 7:30 pm
DOORS CLOSE: 7:45 pm

The dances are drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and conversation-free. The music follows a journey with a calm/flow beginning, into a more vigorous and intense middle, entering into a more still and silent end.

You can express playfulness, craziness, passion, sadness, laughter or whatever needs to be expressed in the dance… or just come out to get your deep groove on!

The dance is open to everyone! Family friendly. No partner or dancing ability required - only breath and soul.

Please dress comfortably and bring some water to stay hydrated. And arrive substance free.
