Autumn Equinox on the Farm: Ecstatic Dance + Bonfire + Sound Bath

Join Knoxville Movement Collective at Buckeye Farm on the Autumn Equinox to call in our divine masculine protectors of our dreams through movement and stillness.

The afternoon will include breath work or meditation, ecstatic dance, a sound bath and bonfire. With each practice flowing into the next.

AH will facilitate the somatic and meditative practices in the open field - this is an outdoor event! Use your discretion in choosing whether to bring dance props or to dance barefoot. You may also want to bring a frame drum for drumming during the dance or around the fire.

Chaz will offer the sound bath exclusively on this date to those attending the dance. Space is limited on his porch so please RSVP so we can adequately plan for the sound bath. You may bring your own blanket/yoga mat/pillows, although there are plenty of blankets and chairs available on the property. The sound bath will immediately follow the dance wave.

* Please bring water to stay well hydrated & dress according for an outdoor, open venue.

We operate on a sliding scale of $10-20, cash at door.
