Sunday on the Farm: Indigenous Music Dance Wave + Bonfire + Sound Bath

Join Knoxville Movement Collective at Buckeye Farm for our annual Indigenous Music Dance Wave, followed by a private sound bath and closing bonfire.
Our playlist for this evening will only feature music that, to the best of our knowledge, has been performed by indigenous musicians. This mix will be energetic and modern, with most tracks having lyrics. This year's theme aims to not only highlight indigenous voices, but also their words and stories.
This is an outdoor event! Use your discretion in choosing whether to bring dance props or to dance barefoot. You may also want to bring a frame drum for drumming during the dance or around the fire.
Chaz will offer the sound bath exclusively on this date to those attending the dance. Space is limited on his porch so please RSVP so we can adequately plan for the sound bath. You may bring your own blanket/yoga mat/pillows, although there are plenty of blankets and chairs available on the property. The sound bath will immediately follow the dance wave.
* Please bring water to stay well hydrated & dress according for an outdoor, open venue.
We operate on a sliding scale of $10-20, cash at door.
