Ecstatic Dance Wave: In Love with the World

Ecstatic Dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.

Our second Saturday dance mix is being offered by AH and will celebrate being "In Love with the World." She will lead a short compassion/loving kindness meditation in conjunction with the closing circle.

There will be a crystal grid and altar ~ so please bring your heart shaped or heart centered crystals, and other symbols of love you wish to dance with for the altar.

Eileen will be bringing chocolate dipped fruit again! Come share the love and connection of community.

The dances are drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and conversation-free. The music follows a journey with a calm/flow beginning, into a more vigorous and intense middle, entering into a more still and silent end.
You can express playfulness, craziness, passion, sadness, laughter or whatever needs to be expressed in the dance… or just come out to get your deep groove on!

The dance is open to everyone! Family friendly. No partner or dancing ability required - only breath and soul.

Please dress comfortably and bring some water to stay hydrated. And arrive substance free.
