Women's Red Tent Dance Wave +

Red Tents are sacred spaces for all women to gather, receive emotional support, share stories, and foster insight as we create community ~ regardless of age and cyclical stage.

This is a modern refuge for women to come into embodied practice without judgement. For this Lunar new moon weekend we are focusing on finding our natural rhythms.

Doors open 4 pm (park & enter through the back off Lamar St)

Living Altar: Bring "living" items like flowers, plants or items representing growth/blooming/sun/moon cycles

Truth Circle: Attuning to self through introspection & wisdom share, circling is a space to speak & hear our truths

Movement: Ecstatic Dance Wave, Nothing But Trust mix

Nourishment: Reiki & Tibetan Sound Tune Up (bring a blanket or yoga mat so you may receive in comfort)

This is an invitation to explore how we bloom, what we nurture, and what wants to flower when we acknowledge and trust our divine truths.

Fee: $30 (cash preferred) Payable at the door

For those who wish to hold community a little longer:
Let's share a meal after Red Tent.
Let's reconvene on Sunday for the RiverSong Sister Circle at the Boocherie (7 pm).
