Earth Day coincides with our 4th Wednesday night dance so we're taking the practice outdoors for a double dose of mind/body medicine.
Longtime friend of the dance, Christian is graciously opening his gathering space to us for the evening. And the mix will be soulful, grounding, spiritual revival. Come enjoy the fresh air and the feeling of earth beneath your bare feet.

Ecstatic Dance is a somatic practice. The music is your guide for this free-form, meditative movement practice. Allow your own body to lead. While the music is in play we ask that there is no casual conversation.
We dance barefoot. We arrive substance free. All ages and bodies are welcome here. This is a place to hold and be held in community.
