What is Ecstatic Dance?
An ecstatic dance, or dance wave, is a meditative movement practice where music is used as the guide. There is no "Dance" choreography -- rather it's a practice in which people learn to listen to and work with their own body, moving as little (including not at all) or as much as wanted. It helps release tensions and often helps people work through emotions and stressors.

It's family friendly and suitable for all ages and body types and body abilities.
