Heart of Gratitude: Ecstatic Dance + Bonfire + Soundbath + more

Join us on the grounds of Buckeye Farm for a mid-afternoon gratitude journey, including a heart opening sound healing, gratitude practice, fire circle, drumming, ecstatic dance, community altar and labyrinth walk.

With the weather beginning to cool down, we will have a fire lit in the center of our circle where we gather before and after the dance. Feel free to bring a drum, as well as items to honor ancestral ties or heartstrings for the community altar!

• AH is creating her annual mix, Heart of Gratitude, and will also lead us some vocal toning practices around the fire.
• Chaz facilitates the sound healings at Buckeye Farm, which does include a fair amount of Gong vibrations.
• Mary will tend to our altar and gratitude practice.
• Diana may have a pop-up labyrinth built for this gathering.

We will begin promptly at 1:30 pm with a sound healing in the Yurt; please allow yourself time for the beautiful drive out to Buckeye.

We will be dancing on the lawn under the wide open sky and per usual the mix will invite you to move your body as you feel called. Since we are outdoors use your discretion in choosing whether to bring dance props or to dance barefoot. You are also welcome to bring a frame drum for drumming before/during/after the dance.

Ecstatic dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.
