What to Expect:
Free, fun and inclusive movement sessions designed for older adults and anyone experiencing loneliness, low mood, or limited mobility. Led by friendly facilitators, sessions include gentle dancing to uplifting music in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No experience needed — just come as you are and move in your own way.

We start dancing at 1pm so you can come early to settle and grab a drink.

Older people, carers, those with long-term conditions, or anyone seeking connection and light physical activity in a supportive space.
