“Destiny is not fixed.” Said Mr. Yuan (Yuan Liao-Fan), who successfully managed to re-direct the route of his destiny and lived up to the age of 70 when his life was supposed to end at the age of 53.

Mr. Yuan wrote this book (Laio-Fan’s Four Learning Lessons) which incorporated 4 learning lessons to guide his son that our destiny is not fixed, it can be changed through conscious effort, moral cultivation and virtuous actions. Mr. Yuan shared his personal experiences where he turned the impossible into possible. Mr. Yuan and his book have been regarded as one of the national treasures in Asian culture for centuries and are deeply respected by thousands including religious leaders. This respect isn't due to Mr. Yuan's religious beliefs—he wasn't religious—but because his documented experiences have benefited countless people.
