My name is Babit Gurung, a freelance writer and a social worker. We have organised an innovative travel plan specially for the creative writers that can be developed into a project for all the writers. It's a kind of travel plan where specially the writers, movie makers and such creative profiles would be joining from different parts of the world. So, it will be a great opportunity to travel with such companions for 10 days where we would be visiting the remote villages of foothills of Himalayas covering the areas of Sikkim and North Bengal in India. In this travel plan we would be seeking for the elder people of the villages to hear the stories at night time about the myths and other experiences that could better explain the culture and traditions of the destination. So it will be a kind of writers workshop and meet where they can extract the inspiration and practically test their writing skills along with share and learn program with different other professionals from different regions of the world. This plan is based on a social project where such initiative of all the writers will empower the rural community in all the aspects of counter urbanization issues, environmental issues, and even economical backwardness. So we would be highly privileged if your students association could count this as your project activity or make it a ongoing project plan for the well being of community and educational promotion of students and writers .
