Festival at Hopetown Darlington celebrating their first Birthday

Hometown is a great new facility...a modern Museum and event venue celebrating and sharing the story of Darlington's Railway Heritage. This weekend represents the first anniversary of the Museum's opening and there's a series of party events to celebrate this.

The following comes directly from their website

"There'll be a cake, a climbing wall, stilt walkers, bubbles and even a circus workshop! We'll also have musical performances from Victoria Armstrong, and Hayley McKay with a local Community Choir. Plus, our very own Joe Connor will be the show master keeping the party going."
