Charlestown Speed Workout

We're now hosting Thursday night speedwork in Charlestown. Most weeks it will be on the track but we may also do some road work and hills. We will post the workout in advance. The Charlestown track is less than a mile from the Community College stop on the Orange Line. There is also usually on-street parking available.
