Location visible to members
Good for newbies, runners looking for a recovery run after an intense week of mileage, and runners on the mend from an injury. We do run through some city streets until we get to the West Side so there is some stopping and starting. Once we hit the West Side Highway we will run south for approximately 2-2.5 miles towards Battery Park then turn around and run back north then proceed east via Houston back to the Cube. Total run to be about 4-6 miles. (There are plenty of convenient spots to turn back on the run to cut it shorter for those that wish to do so).
Before starting each run we will split into pace groups as needed 1) 10:00+ min/mi. 2) 8:00-9:30 min/mi.
Note that there is no bag check.
