Hey Whippets! As part of our initiative to provide a more holistic approach to training, we’re teaming up with CorePower Yoga for a stretching and strength yoga class in preparation for the 2019 Popular Brooklyn Half. Stay until the end because we’ll be raffling off one complementary unlimited monthly membership pass!

Class will start at 1:30pm so please arrive 10-15 minutes early. We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. You can also rent a mat and a towel for $2 each from CPY and buy water for $2 as well. (If you don’t have an account, you’ll have to pay by cash for the rentals and water.)

No need to sign up online. Just bring yourself and an open heart!
