Manhattan Weekend Run

This weekend training plans for Boston, New Jersey and other races call for varying distances up to a max of 16miles, so we’ve created an out & back route starting and ending at TWC so folks can shorten as needed. And as a bonus, we should be able to get in a run-cheer for the JK10K on the west side of the park as we head out.

Weekend runs are typically reserved for long runs often ranging from 12 to 20 miles, depending on the training plan. Every week features a different route, which will be posted a day or two prior. Runners are welcome to start earlier and/or cut out for their own needs. The route is provided to plan your exit or continuation strategies.
The pace groups are determined by who shows up, so please post the distance and pace that you want to run to ensure your pace will be represented!
