This group is about HR Tech - applications of AI/ML methods in the HR industry. Techies, Product People, and HR professionals are welcome!

HR Tech includes semantic search, recommender systems, conversational AI, matching of job seekers to vacancies, generating and parsing of documents such as job descriptions, CVs, and cover letters, career path analytics, career move and upskilling recommendations, professions and skills ontologies, labor market analytics, people analytics, and much much more...

On the one hand, HR Tech focuses on enhancing the HR function within organizations, e.g., recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, workforce analytics, payroll and benefits administration, employee self-service portals, labor market analytics, and further.

On the other hand, HR Tech also focuses on the employee perspective, e.g. finding a job, managing one's career, identifying the most promising upskilling opportunities, and so on.
