Tristan Baker, who leads Intuit's data mesh strategy, will present on Intuit's data mesh journey to-date and where they plan to go in the future. This includes organization, architecture, and more as data mesh is about advancing people, process, and technology together. The presentation will also cover what we (DML) are calling "The Intuit Way" about how to interview your internal teams to best set yourself up for success.
Suresh Raman, who leads Intuit's data platform and ML infrastructure, will also be joining to pair on the the Q&A.
If you haven't read Tristan's post on what Intuit journey with data mesh, we highly recommend it: https://medium.com/intuit-engineering/intuits-data-mesh-strategy-778e3edaa017 We also wanted to leave lots of time for Q&A so we can have an open discussion as I know a lot of people have questions. If you can't make it but still want to send questions, see below for contact info.
In general, we want to have multiple co-organizers and co-hosts of our meetups. If you want to be a panelist/co-host to help manage the Q&A and other intricacies of meetups, please reach out to community at datameshlearning dot com.
*There is no requirement to "register" for the webinar after signing up for the meetup, it is just a normal link. We do not have access to your email address via meetup nor do we want to :)
